It's a little man!
We are getting a new nephew in December and everyone is super excited. Unfortunately, his mom and dad live in DC, so they will be keeping him there. So unfair. We have been working diligently to convince them to move home, but no such luck...YET.
I wanted to have a shower before Meg was too far along to travel, so we went ahead and had it last weekend when they were home for a few days.
Momma and her boy at 23 weeks looking fabulous!
I had so much fun planning this "little man" shower. I had a lot of ideas but very little time, so I enlisted the help of my favorite Kiersten at Parties and Pastries to help me execute! She also has an Etsy shop so head on over and visit here!
I found this little saying and couldn't resist. Oh how true! There is just something about little boys...especially the ones that make you a momma!
Best chocolate chip cupcakes in town!
I'm not a big shower game girl, but I found this one and it was fun!
Guess the baby item in the bag...harder than it seems.
|(Bib, Aspirator, Burp Cloths, Yellow Duckies)|
|(Sippy, Hat, Onesie, Wipes, Enfamil (E was the hardest), Rattle)|
The other activity we did was something the momma to be found on Pinterest. Everyone writes a message on a diaper for a middle of the night feed! I would have loved that my first go around. Such a cute idea.
If you know me very well, you know I wasn't about to attempt the food either.
Just Rennies to the rescue! Their catering is amazing but if you haven't tried a Rennie's cookie....you are missing out. You can order them online and I highly recommend it!
Love you sister!
Little Miss H was in attendance, but she was totally freaked out by all the people. Good thing she had her favorite grandmas to scoop her up!
This is probably my favorite picture from the shower.
Cousins...born in April, July and August.
All three due...November, December, February! LOVE.
2 are having boys and the 3rd is a mystery. How fun would it be if it was another boy? I can't wait to find out.
